Insalate miste

–  valeriana
– avocado
– pollo
– pompelmo

– arance
– finocchi
– olive nere

– insalate varie (preferibilmente valeriana, ma anche spinaci se piccoli e teneri)
– barbabietola rossa a listarelle
– formaggio fresco a cubetti
– mais
– carota
– pomodoro
– tonno (il gusto del tonno nell’insalata per me é irrinunciabile)

il tutto condito con olio extravergine di oliva e aceto (balsamico o no, non fa differenza)
